Also, its full compatibility with EDS delivers optimized performance. Satisfactory both in performance and price, EM-30N will shine in all research areas and deliver superb results to the development and utilization of advanced technology.
CX-200Plus The CX-200PLUS product is developed for simple use by users through compact design and the upgraded software Nano-station 4.0.
Nanostation 4.0(COXEM SEM Dedicated Software)
Nanostation 4.0(COXEM SEM Dedicated Software) NS 4.0 provides most intuitive and convenient UI(user interface) for operations of COXEM SEM. NS 4.0 was designed not only for experienced SEM users but also for the first-time users. The software Nano-station of COXEM can be used easily with a mouse and a keyboard, and it can reduce the inconvenience of users' direct operations through the Auto Function feature. Moreover, the panorama shot function, by eliminating the hassle of users to directly control the camera, move and shoot for a long time, instead allows to automatically capture dozens or hundreds of shots of the desired portion of the image. It uses the dual display mode and allows the users to see the SE, BSE modes at a glance.
AZtecOneGO Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS
The AZtecOneGO Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) System from Oxford Instruments is the ideal solution for conducting EDS analysis as quickly and easily as possible. AZtecOneGO provides a materials characterisation capability that is powerful yet simple to use, with proven stability and accuracy. Combining Oxford Instruments' EDS with a COXEM desktop SEM can provide the ideal solution for electron microscopy and materials analysis. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS, EDX, or EDXS) is a key technique for performing elemental analysis. EDS can be performed in-situ inside an electron microscope, as part of a broad suite of materials characterisation approaches. The AZtecOneGO package consists of the intuitive AZtecOneGO software, and Oxford Instrument's compact x-act Silicon Drift Detector (SDD). Designed for full integration with COXEM's range of desktop scanning electron microscopes, the AZtecOneGO provides EDS capabilities for the COXEM EM-30AX desktop SEM systems.
CP-8000 is a cress section polisher(CP) using an argon ion beam to polish surfaces of a specimen. As accelerated Ar ion beam reaches the sample in the vacuum condition, atoms of sample surface separate from it. CP-8000 is suitable to prepare clean cross section for measurement instruments such as SEM, EDS, WDS and etc.
Ion Coater SPT-20
The ion coater, SPT-20, is a device used for coating conductive materials (Au, Pt, Pd, Pt-Pd) onto the sample surfaces by using DC sputtering principle. Non-conductive samples are also used for observation under electron microscopes, and they are used to protect the sample surfaces from the injected electron beam and to help the electron flow. It can be used as an electrode formation of thin film type too. 1. Digital ion coater 2. Vacuum. coating. One touch coating system up to the normal pressure 3. Stable coating with coating Current Feedback function 4. Can be used with various metal targets 5. Uses low-noise rotary pump
